Desde de 2009, vem desenvolvendo atividades de pesquisa sobre a Biodiversidade da Mata Atl\u00e2ntica, na regi\u00e3o do Vale do Ribeira, munic\u00edpio de Iporanga \u2013 SP, principalmente na \u00e1rea da Reserva Betary e entorno. Isaias Santos, bi\u00f3logo, p\u00f3s graduado em Manejo e Conserva\u00e7\u00e3o de Fauna Silvestre pelo IPESSP-Instituto de Pesquisa, educa\u00e7\u00e3o e Sa\u00fade de S\u00e3o Paulo. Tem experi\u00eancia com pesquisa de campo relacionada a fauna da Mata Atl\u00e2ntica, com \u00eanfase em aves e cogumelos bioluminescentes. Trabalha como pesquisador no IPBio – Instituto de Pesquisas da Biodiversidades.
