Serving Public School Students

IPBio offers free educational visits to students from local public schools. We believe that conservation is impossible without education and active engagement with the surrounding community. Here, children and young people have the chance to connect with the natural treasures around them and understand why preservation is so important. Our goal is to eventually expand this into a broader program with diverse activities throughout the year.
Internship Program for Youth in Iporanga

This program was created to give local students their first opportunity to experience the working world, particularly in projects involving technology—such as organizing, producing, and editing visual content—while also connecting them with scientific research and people from other cultures and regions. Through a partnership between IPBio and the public high school “EE Nascimento Sátiro da Silva” in Iporanga, selected students are invited to work at IPBio as interns.
